My 110 Tomb Raider

Here's my 2001 110 Double Cab Tomb Raider LE. Owned since 2010, very low mileage when purchased, just 37.5K miles on the clock. Previous owner lived in London, so rarely moved while they owned it. Done a few modifications to it, added the rear canvas as got fed up with rear filling up with water every time it rained. Added storage box to rear wheel arch. Upgraded to DAB radio and better speakers. Changed inner door handles for soft ones that I made myself from Paracord. Replaced cracked front fog lights on A-bar.

Love it to bits, but I do miss my old Series III 88" sometimes!

In the foreground is the Toylander Series I I built for my daughter.

Rear storage box is an old Yugoslavian army ammo box.

It can found flat when empty.

Fitted to rear wheel arch

Here's the door handles I made from Paracord. No more plastic handle digging in the side of the my leg!

Thanks! Always liked double cabs, and thought Tomb Raider was best example of them. My kids love going on trips in it.

Looks a variation on a cobra weave? Try googling "cobra weave paracord"

Not sure why the picture is so small. Haven't read the instructions on photo posting fully, but is there a file size limit maybe?

Yes, the handles are made using a variation of the cobra weave. Sometimes known as double or king cobra weave.

OK, I've fiddled with the pictures, but looks like the originals were resized, so now pixelated. Will try to upload better picture when I get a chance.

Here's a clearer picture of the handles. Used plastic washers each end to cover the gaps in the door panel to make it look neater. Holds in place with the original door handle screws via metal loops at each end.
