A change of circumstances means that I'm offering my Sankey Wide Track for sale. The full details of the various things I've done to it can be seen in THIS THREAD but, briefly, it's a fully refurbished trailer in excellent condition and complete with all original fixtures and fittings.
 Click image to enlarge The hubs have been adapted and fitted with spacers to accept the Boost alloy wheels, which are shod with 265/75 General Grabber AT2 tyres. Click image to enlarge Full width plastic wheel arches have been fitted to cover the wider tyres and provide some protection to the underside of the tub. Click image to enlarge The trailer was rewired when refurbished and has since been adapted to standard civilian configuration with a 13 pin socket. The main lighting is all 12v and includes details such as LED side marker lights. The A-frame has been covered with ali chequer plate, which is separated from the steel chassis below. To this has been fitted a lockable steel storage box and protective cover for the brake cylinder reservoir. The only thing I haven't gotten around to doing is painting the storage box. Click image to enlarge The trailer will come with a canvas cover, which has a plastic frame under to support it and stop rain water pooling on it, and a hitch lock. Click image to enlarge The number plate bracket has been adapted to accept a standard Defender-sized plate. It looks fantastic behind a Defender and is ready to go.
