2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 CSW Java Black

weird spot between 2 and 3 oclock.

Maybe someone can give an idea to this.
I got my 110 back from the body shop and have noticed that while turning between 2 and 3...kind of dead feeling almost like it might stay there. the shop did repair a linkage bar underneath and I am wondering if that is the cause...
otherwise the same vague steeringis there, but when you learned to drive on a 1962 Dodge D100 truck, anything else steers like a rallye car!
