Rumble on over-run

Hi,

Apologies as I only ever come to this forum when I have a problem with my Defender.

I have a 2002 Defender TD5 90 truck cab.

Has anyone experienced a low rumble on over run in 5th gear at about 40 mph? I feel it through the floor, if I dip the clutch it stays, if I change into 4th it feels smoother, but still there. Have looked underneath and nothing is loose. It doesn't happen every time I'm slowing this way.k

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
