Hey,
I was wondering if anybody has retrofitted the studs around a DC tub! Mine has the hooks for the rope. Click image to enlarge I'm looking at fitting a exmoor canopy and need the studs. Is it doable and does anybody know the sizes!? http://www.holden.co.uk/displayproducts.as...+Fasteners Thanks 2006 Defender Double Cab- Zambezi Silver |

Yeah it's doable, I bought a mohair from All wheel trim for my double cab which came with a bag of studs and the dimensions and details on how to fit them.
I'm sure I have them ticked away in the office or you could ask All Wheel Trim to give you a copy of their drawing. 2014 110 2.2TDCi XS Station wagon 1971 Bowler Tomcat 88 4.2 V8 Auto 2022 110 D250 XS Edition - Gone 2024 110 D250 X-Dynamic HSE |

Could you not perhaps 'engineer' a plate with the studs on that will fasten to your existing hooks perhaps? Would save you drilling the tub and perhaps removing the hooks? Just an idea.

Yes and yes !!!
Did my 2009 DC to take an Exmoor toneau cover. I think I still have quite a few spare studs in the spares box if you want them. Hey Bob,
I wouldn't say no! It would make it easier to find more if I had one to size too. Let me know what you want for them and I'll sort it out. Phew, this may be an easier job than I though (yeah right! I remember last time I said I'll be back in 5 to SWMBO, I came back in covered head to toe in oil and grease with grazed knuckles! Lol) Cheers 2006 Defender Double Cab- Zambezi Silver |

It took me a couple of hours to fit all the studs for my cover, that included painting all the newly drilled holes.
Let me have a look to see what I have left, they are yours for the cost of a PM with your address For future reference, I did get the studs from Holdens. Lou Gosling at Exmoor told me to put chalk on the press studs on the hood then press against tub for where I need to drill...worked a treat. Putting Dreams on Drives at JLR Solihull..
