It does lead to some odd situations. If you got delayed by a tractor or a school bus while coming through Muff it would be quite reasonable to say
"I got stuck in Muff" and no one bats an eyelid. There is a fish and chip shop which sells crabs as well as fish so you could say" that you got crabs in Muff last night" During one of the festivals there was a car treasure hunt. Alot of people were driving around looking for something "hidden" in Muff. Need I go on? 1982 88" 2.25 diesel 1992 110 200tdi csw -Zikali 2008 110 2.4 tdci csw-Zulu 2011 110 2.4 tdci csw-Masai |

Not been there Fekete but whilst in Labrador I did fish in a lake called 'No Name Lake!' It was even marked up on the map as such! I also did some skiing at Goose Mountain! There was a single main road there about 40 miles long with an Inuit Indian reservation at one end and a set of waterfalls at the other. The only way in and out was either by plane or by boat (boat was in the Summer months only) as the sea froze in the Winter months, you could not drive to civilisation from there at all.
Went to grab a granny night at Trappers Cabin and refused to participate when a 'local lass' pulled a train coz she looked like Olive from On The Buses! Nuff said.... If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |
