Will get that done tomorrow - had Trucklites fitted yesterday - (forgive terminal dumbness here) is the horn anywhere near the light fittings? The Rules:-

Are horns still adjustable ? They used to have an adjuster screw in the middle with a lock nut.

If you are getting battery voltage at the horn, then the horn must be faulty. May have water ingress.

I know many people claim to be able to fix anything on a Land Rover with a hammer but try tapping it with a hammer, the diaphragm inside could be bunged up with crud and dust, worth a try before spending £'s

The horn is behind the head light, so would check the connections first.

If it as taken in water, you will still hear it, but it will be a dull/muted sound.
