Welcome lrMike!!
You are from Athens city?
Now I'm working in Corinth and I will stay here at least up to July and mybe I'll take here my 110 to make some trip around th Greece, could you tell me some good place where to go??
Thk Thumbs Up

I live in Penteli mountain which is in the northern part of Athens about 25km from the city centre.
As you might already know, Greece is full of dirt roads suitable for serious off-roading both during summer and winter months. I believe one of the best places to go with your defender is a place called Valea Calda just north of a very famous village (winter resort) which is called Metsovo in Hepirous. It is actualy a wide protected area which is the main habitat of the Greek brown bear. I suggest you visit this area during fall due to the variety of nature's colours. If you don't want to try off-roading alone you could always visit http://www.offroads.gr/contents/programm.php (if you can read Greek) which organises very nice off-road trips around the best places in Greece.

Feel free to contact me for any further info.

Thank you Mike!
I'll contact you as soon as I'll bring my 110 from Italy after easter! Thumbs Up

PS:I'm not able to read greek, anly speek few words... Embarassed Matteo
