Do you still get an emergency key access (EKA) number with a Puma like you did with earlier models and Rover cars ?
This is a four digit number that you enter by turning the key in the drivers door lock, this should be in the book pack probably on a card and the inputting procedure will be explained in the hand book. 2005 Td5 90 XS Steve |

Never had to use EKA on my own car but i assume you use it then next time you lock you will have to lock with the key as fob not in use so should start with key as fob was,nt used to lock.
Fob syncro sequence is in hand book as you need to do this after changing fob batteries if you,re not quick enough. (probably on you tube too). 2005 Td5 90 XS Steve |

How often do you use it?
My 68Ah Odyssey ran down after a week or two standing because I left my Scangauge II (70mA) and reversing camera monitor (120mA) on standby. .19A x 24 x 7 = 32Ah per week - scary Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |
