Go with wot the handbook says, especially the gearbox as it can react badly to the wrong oil,one of the cheapest place's to get gearbox oil is a LR dealer (believe it or not).
Iv'e read that ATF oil gives a smoother change on r380's but they recommend MTF94 for better protection. I bought the rest of the (Castrol) oil from Halfords, again refer to the handbook. For filling the gear/transfer box and axle's I bought some 12 mm(ish) clear plastic pipe from B&Q and a plastic funnel (couple of quid),you can easily access the gearbox filler plug from the engine bay and with a long enough length of plastic pipe you can sit in the drivers seat (or the kitchen)and fill yer T/box an both axles, lol. Changing to fully synthetic oil in my boxes was a massive step in a positive way for my Td5.

I used the difflock evo oils, but there are other brands. Made my new and old boxes better.
