"Not a Police matter"...... I'm sure that sort of loss of control in a 30mph zone must warrant a "Please blow into this machine Madam"

There must have been some minor injuries to the occupants as such it must be a police matter.

The only ever time I've left the carriageway was on ice on a winding derestricted road at 6am and I was breath tested (zero result) and had to wait weeks for letter from Police saying that there would be no police action. 130 Puma HCPU with an Artica 240LR Demountable Camper
