Hi Gents,
Bought this used Safari 5000 from ebay the other day, still did not fit because i want to know if it is worth swapping the original bulb. I have 2 X Orsam H3 night breaker, do you think it is better quality than the original? Does this spotlight support H3 or it is another type. It is just i wanted to known before hand if it is worth opening the spotlight or not. Happy Travel www.thegippo.wordpress.com |

LR part number for bulb is 606178 and it looks exactly the same as an H3 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

Just to recap
It is easy to disassemble and assemble , the bulb is indeed as you mentioned H3 , the genuine bulb is yellowish and I have swapped with H3 orsam night breakers and the result is much much better. The spotlight are recommended for what I want .....more light indeed My 2 cents Che Happy Travel www.thegippo.wordpress.com |
