Freelander 2 Diagnostics

Hello,

We have just bought a Freelander2 basic model, after reading on Freel2 I have upgraded the steering wheel for cruise control and radio. The radio works but as expected the cruise does not, I have been quoted £80 to activate this feature. Does this sound reasonable?

I am in the midlands, is there a garage/person who may have this capability that could be recommended?
