I'm not impressed.. Bought some seats from you less than two weeks ago as a buy it now on eBay only for you to tell me that you'd sold them to someone else but you'd give me £50 off a £600 set when the original offer was a set for £300 which I'd already paid for, took a week to get the refund back into my account so that I could buy elsewhere.. Seemed like a con to me.

We are certainly not out to con anyone, It was unfortunate that that particular Item was a one off and you and another ebayer had clicked buy it now within a couple of minutes of each other and the listing had not yet been removed. It is the first time this has happened on ebay for us.
