Yes, just needs four bolt to go through floor to hold it down, it then flattens box floor.

Difference is how it mounts. The early one requires 4 holes in bottom of batt box. Newer one uses the holes that are already in batt box floor. Not that different really, don't ask how I know
The one for sale is the earlier one. Andy |

I think if you install it in a Puma you will
