Alive Tuning Decat Pipe turbo noise

I just installed the alive tuning decat pipe on my 110 defender puma 2.4.
I already installed their large intercooler and samba hoses with alive ecu remap.
The landy seems to have more power when i push the throutle but lost some torque in low revs, but the big problem i have is a very loud noise coming from the turbo that i hear when shifting gears at about 2.4-2.6 rpm, especially from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3td, it sounds like the turbo spins very very fast.
Has anyone that installed Alive Decat , had this problem before ?

This is std on most after market exhausts on tdci a mine does it on my 3.2 also
