It looks just fine in the photos at the top of the post, maybe an A bar and OEM steering guard.

can someone tell me the colour code of the contrast grey on that white above (and i assume its the same as on black LXVs in the UK?) is it just orkney grey? Cheers, David

Should be Corris Grey, which I think (quick google based answer!) is paint code 873.
