Here is one option: http://www.senseofadventure.biz/paranoid-s...at-drawer/
As far as I remember it was out of stock few months ago. I am interested in one too, so if you find something let me know - maybe we can bargain better price. On the other hand, it does not look difficult to DIY. Janusz www.yahodeville.com |

I boxed out the space between the wheel boxes in my 110 SW in the back using ply, one bench seat was left in for the short people for occasional use and the other has a 6 drawer tool chest bolted in. The kids don't mind sitting with their legs out straight for short journeys and the usefullness of the storage far outways any inconvenience, in the past four years it's been used about 10 times.

Thanks for the pointers chaps - that box looks ideal.
Does it need any mods to the seats? |

No, once fitted the seats just come down and latch onto the top brackets. It does take quite a bit of playing around to get it all in alignment plus you have a choice of either drilling and bolting through the sides of the wheel arches or through the floor. It depends upon how secure you want it.
The one I have has the stainless steel front on the drawer and the aluminium chequer plate top although its not that difficult to replace the top and use carpet on flat steel plate. |

You only bolt it through the sides, it does not take long to fit and lines itself up once you clip the seats down. record is 9 minutes, 1 hour with a car with seats all over the place.
i will not post on here regarding products as it is against forum rules but due to the nature of the subject i think martin will understand. |
