dragging this back from the brink slightly, what seat bases are used for the second row? I'm looking into fitting 4 of these seats into my Double Cab - but I've no idea how to go about mounting the rears as it's currently a very basic bench

Looks fantastic Very Happy

Don't want to appear 'thick' though I probably am Wink But when I follow the link for the Bad Boy seats the price quoted is £1000.00. However at the top of the eBay page http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PAIR-of-Bad-Boy-...1119008068

it says out of stock until June usual price £300.00 Confused

Does that mean in June they will be £300.00 or still at a £1000.00. Doesn't take much to confuse me Embarassed

how are they for getting in and out of? they have quite high side bolsters!

I would be interested to know the answer to this too, especially as years of Defender ownership means my developed technique of exiting said vehicles is simply to rotate then slide my backside off the edge of the seat Wink

The LR fitted recaros have low bolsters and are easy to get in and out of.

When they go Out Of Stock they put the price up to £1000 in the hope no one will purchase (though if they, I'm sure they wont complain!), then when in stock, it drops to £300. Saves them having the end the listing. It just keep rolling over.

Had these on my watch list for months. Just never made the decision. Wouldn't mind some of the CSK ones to, or even the Simmonite ones I believe which run the same back piece, but have a normal defender seat base (to be able to access battery easily). It's an amalgamation of the Autostyle and standard defender seats I reckon, but at £500 a piece, they're a lot!

If you want to access the battery box or drivers box where lots of relays are look at the LR edition of the Scheelmann seats.

Pull R pin out using leather tag lift the seat.

Yes, they're similar looking to the old Ford Recaros which were very comfy.

They're just the most expensive out the lot! Could get some genuine Recaros from LRi for less!
