What colour KBX grille??
Hi guys,

Still think we are going for black alloys with AT tyres on our Galway Green 90. Do you think Black KBX to match the wheels and dark windows? Do you think colour coding in Galway would look good? Its in Brunel XS colour at the minute.

I wanted to do something different with the front to the norm but still keep it understated. Any ideas Question

Cheers

I have just put on a black KBX grille on my black 110 CSW. Black twisted 18'' wheels with BFG ATs (285s) also fitted. Looks great (IMHO)

If I were to do it again I would go for 265 tyres to try and stop the mud up the doors and probably Coopers rather than BFGs. (Easier to balance) .. saying that I've done nearly 10k on these since September and no signs of wear!

Here's mine with black alloys, black KBX grille and dark windows ( Ok so the landy is black not galway green, but you get the general idea!)

Would recommend the premium KBX grille, looks much better for a few extra quid... 1959 Series 2 Ragtop

Thanks!
Thanks for the replys Very Happy

LR90XS2011 - I will let you know what we decide to go for! I love the Twisted images we have put up. What do you think with colour coding KBX to our Galway Green? I do think that the black looks good with black wheels.

carrotbay - would love to see some pics Thumbs Up Don't worry about it being clean!

landys1 and david Mitchell - thanks for the photo's! I think the KBX looks great on the defender, its just whether I go with premium black or try and colour code or similar to the standard xs grille colour on the 90 now.
