Led work lamp attached but not wired yet. Used some existing holes in the roof only cost £5! Bargain!!

degreased it with jizzer!
floppy disk on the grinder
hand wire brush for awkward spots
and a quick rub with W&D paper Thumbs Up
2 coats of brushed on red oxide (messy)
1 coat of brushed on hammerite with added waxoyl My 109 thread

Recieved steel one piece steering guard from killer this week.
Zinc plating looking tired so needed a spruce up.

First inside was red oxided and waxoyld

Then front was acid etched and satin black rattle canned!!

fitted new steering damper today. old one looks worn out but it actually worked fine. only replaced it as i had to remove it to fit my new steering guard and though for £18 might as well stick a new one on!. My 109 thread
