two bits of feedback please first james edward in brock thats where i bought my defender and stratstone in lye west mids thats the nearest one to where i work any one had any dealings with them cheers paul

I went to James Edwards when I was looking for a Defender, totally ignored by all the staff, asked if anyone was available, 'we'll be with you in a minute'. They weren't.

Phoned up a couple of months later comparing prices before I ordered mine, they refused to take my Astra on the scrappage scheme and wouldn't offer any discount on the Defender!

Went with Hillendale in Nelson in the end. The service was faultless, although I've heard from a few people they've received some shoddy service, but other than it being a pain in the arse to speak to the service dept (always busy) they've been awesome for me.
