I phoned them today rather than waiting for a reply, they said very little.
They just said return it by post with contact details on and reason for return / exchange etc. It does cost me though to post... 
I did however mention that if they see fit they could pop a connector or two in for my trouble but at their discretion.

Their after sales leave something to be desired in my opinion, my standard lights leaked once fitted and they told me they all do that and would only refund half their cost as I'd fitted them (so therefore now a used product?) and only if I bought a new set of LED's

Only thing that I hope is not the case of "unfortunately the LUX lights for the reverse is out of stock"
I would have liked to have explained what the issue was but never got the chance in the end. I bet knowing RM a little light plastic light will cost about £4 to post.  $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

Well on a different note to the reverse light, I ordered two male connectors and received two female instead.
I will need two of them anyway so it is just as well but not what I ordered.
What is the matter with them? $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R

Some good and bad news.....
They have refunded me the cost of the connectors £8 which is good but the bad news..... The RDX LUX reverse is no longer in production now apparently, this they tell me once I've sent one back at the cost of £4.20 so now I've got to send the second back too as it's the LUX I have left. So two packets going back costing £8 postage in total. 
All to get the Wipac versions back which will at least match! I'd rather they matched than the design if I'm honest. What a muddle, eh.. They also said there should have been a note left in the packet to say that it was a substitute but there wasn't so basically they thought people wouldn't notice. So the moral of the story is buy Wipac NAS style LED lights and not the RDX LUX. Bit annoying but there we go, at least I'm not out of pocket. I could not get a rdx lamp either after buying from two suppliers .. they need to change they listing pics on ebay ..
I am sure wipac only do red lens fog (that's all I could find ) |

I think your right on the red Wipac lense, if that is the case then that is fine.
I'd rather have a match of brand and to look at than mix matched just because of being clear. I think colours will look more OE anyway as I'm running colours on the back anyway. yes I think red look better .. and I think red lights with red lens show a better red light ,clear don't seem to look proper red .
I got red side/stop ,clear indicators , 2 red fogs 2 clear reverse ( of course ) .. I think it looks good . .. I did fit 2 clear fogs first and looks ok close up but from distant looked to much with all 3 clear in a line . |

I've gone clear only on the front but colours at the rear. Depending on the BoB outcome I might go clear fog and reverse or colours again.

Well, I sent of the last light today for another £4.10.
(which thankfully they have paid me for all postage and gave me free connectors to boot) so the last light to go back was the square lenses LUX fog.
So now they will soon have both back and I'll receive back after that either two clear Wipac fog & reverse Or a clear Wipac reverse and coloured fog, which ever I will be happy because at least they will match! If it doesn't match it will drive me nuts forever more. 
For anyone else planning on fitting NAS lights or doubling up: One word of caution on there Econoseal connectors, they are £4.10 each and Durite of which because I want to do the double up mod needed quite a few for the loom. Added to what I've already got I wanted 6x male & 2x female. From BoB that would cost over £40 
From Durite Shop (google it) £26 all in.  1st class recorded too.
NAS plinths are about £7 + vat for genuine All of this could have been avoided just by putting up proper listings or at least if they can't sort it remove the listing until you've got everything straight and ready to go. Another
for the Durite shop! Having spent from Sunday trying various suppliers to get hold of a Durite LED numberplate lamp the Durite shop were the only supplier who actually e-mailed me back. I received an E-mail from them within a couple of hours which I thought was great considering my e-mail to them was sent after hours. As promised they checked today for me and have ordered the light that I was looking for. None of the other suppliers have bothered to reply! I hadn`t found the Durite shop when searching online for Durite products so thanks to Custom90steve for the heads up |

Latest update from BoB is that the square lense LUX lights will be available again from a new supplier end of this month.
So looks like I will get what I wanted originally anyway.
They've covered all postage costs and fave me two free connectors to boot as well. Another update from the nice lady at BoB called Sarah.
They are being sent out Monday and should be with me early this week. These will be the square pattern lense NAS lights for both fog and reverse. They have done well. $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R
