advice for a +5cm lift!
hi guys, someone could tell me what and where to buy(on internet since i'm from italy) what i need to have a decent +5cm lift. i have a defender 90!

Why do you want/need the lift & what are you trying to achieve? As ibexman said, plenty of kits available from cheap n cheerful blue or yellow springs to whatever you want. Cheap springs tent to be too firm giving less flex. I have OME springs & shocks on a Gwyn Lewis set up & love it. My other 90 is on Standard (genuine) LR springs, also great (285s & winch no problem). If only a 5 cm lift is needed then have a look at genuine LR spring rates, lots available.
