Just a quick one !
I,ve posted Something on the DISCO3 site reference the following, the only bite i had was an Ex Paratrooper winging about having to do the Fan ! Which is at the end of the Day is a HILL ! Not a Mountain ! Any way, last week end i managed to get myself roped into taking a group of Office Workers up And over the Fan, The reason being, all the Ladies and a few Gents that took part were doing this because in some way or another they had some one close Serving In Afghan or similar, be it Son, Nephew, Daughters Boyfriend etc they all were there for their own reasons, so armed with said bunch of Merry men & Women and following a good brief off we went, AND it wasnt long before the tears started, "This is hard " would my son have had to do this ? i wonder if it hurt him etc etc ! The top and bottom of this is, Some of the Ladies want to do this again 
It raised good Money for H4H and a weekend can be made of said event by staying in the Bunkhouse at Tallybont, Maybe a Forum Bonding Sesh ? Plenty of beer was consumed by all who took part and the outcome was positive, Any way here is a link to the Company who took on the Event !
