Anyone seen Big Black?
So it's been nearly 12 months since I sold Big Black to buy a house (which is no fun to own compared to the Defender!) and I still miss driving it! I had a go in another 90 last month, brought back memories!!
The Astra I bought to replace it has been a bit of a Disastra, think I've only done about 20 miles in it in the last two months. Been using the Transit full time again!
Just wondering if anyone has spotted Big Black around the place with its new owners. All I know is that it went down to Birmingham for last winter, then its summer somewhere in Wales at their holiday home.

The new owners (if they still have it) have put their own private plate on it now, but surely there can't be that many black hard tops with safari snorkels and Tomb Raider stylee side steps....
The Astra is going in the new year, and I was tempted to replace it with another 90, but unfortunately a Transit is going to be practical for my needs so I'm going to be looking for one of them (Puma engine though, still has a Land Rover link there )
If you own it now I'll swap you a ukulele and a mostly broken Vauxhall Astra for it!
