Yes we can, but locking it with the key only means that it doesn't switch the volumetric sensors inside on. Used for when leaving the dog in.

This would be one feature that interest me, but most important would be that then the immobilizer is off when starting the car with the key! Now I can't start it! |

Hi,
If you locked it with the fob and now haven't got it, you have to get the 'code' from Land Rover which you use the key in the drivers door lock. Glyn |

I do belive that if you lock it with the key the imobilser will not arm iself. All it does is lock the doors- that is how the older8AS unit worked. Maybe just experimenting is the answer Glyn |
