Is this company reliable or is the customer service a bit variable? Trying to build up a picture of what suppliers are good to deal with?

Before you rant on here, send a PM! Chris won't get any notification that you've posted a random thread on the forum. Not everyone has time to just browse through the forum regularly.

From experience (allbeit little) Chris always puts a huge amount of effort into customer service and going well beyond what he has to. (Being on this forum in the first place! Facebook gallery, deals just for us, etc etc)

Maybe try and ring or email first because he may not see this at all! Cheers, David

I try my best to keep everyone happy and offer good deals with a smooth service and after sales. It can sometimes get a little manic this end so sometimes orders can get behind but it is rare this happens. So far i have been fully booked every month with orders coming out of my ears aswell and all this is only through reccomendation from Defender2 members Thumbs Up Facebook group and customers word of mouth to others. ( I havent even had chance to put a sign on the workshop yet Embarassed Laughing )

First off pal, don't post on a subject you know nothing about! Stick to your silly school boy comments on Jeeps.

Ive sent over 10 PMs and spoke at length with Chris over this so if I want to raise his attention by posting then thats what I will do....

Keep your nose out if you've no idea on history or back ground to this OK!

Temper - not really. Didnt want to publicly tell everybody that money had been sent etc and no goods received for some length of time as was hoping for Chris to contact me and sort which apparently he has now. What I don't require is some stupid kid telling me that Im ranting. Your comments not helping much either Whistle Whistle .

Chris has sorted so unless you have anything positive to add about this then I suggest we end this post as it serves no more purpose.
