But very pleased with it overall |

Are you now going to claim the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), licence them to a manufacturer/distributor and buy a few new Defenders with the royalties?

Trouble with security mods is that once everyone's got the same .that makes it easier to get round! ..any security mod is good if your the only one who knows what and where it is .
If a human can make it then another human can break it .but only if that other human knows where to look ! |

That's a fair point, but why start the thread in the first place then? Darren

^^ good point, but i guess munch just wanted to give us ideas.
Security is a difficult subject on an open forum, like the posts about the side vent and top wing covers, for some people they just don't know that they are vulnerable security points. |

I think he could perhaps have given a few more ideas as to what is possible without compromising his security I'm sure if a member contacted Martin with a real good security measure that he wanted others to know about but not know whose vehicle it was he could post it anonymously for them for the better good of us all he could even post in his own name & take all the credit 2020 P300 HSE |

Like the Alarm Range Extension Modification that was offered to established forum members via 'pm.' No point posting what you have secretly managed to achieve.
I know it's against the Geneva Convention but I've got a minefield round mine, 7 metre perimeter fence with watchtowers and FLIR cameras at every 50cm. And for proof, here's a photo of the aftermath the last time someone tried to steal Mal's beloved
