Wiper Relay
Evenng all

Collected my new Puma 90 2.2 a couple of weeks ago and have started to add a few mods. The first on the list was to change the wiper relay for a VW99 one to allow better control.

People have stated that the wiper relay is the red one under the steering wheel, well I haven't got any red relays Big Cry

I have four black ones and a brown one, tried to change the brown one but that wasn't the one for the wipers. Can some kind person please let me know where it is???

I had exactly the same problem which I overcame by keeping my finger on the end of each relay in turn and turning the wipers on and off. You should be able to feel the relay kicking in and out as well as hearing it. The one with the strongest feeling is the one to change. To be sure have a look at the connectors on the back of the one you pull out as they should be identical to the 99.
