Heated mirrors

Hi guys, need some help, one of my heated mirrors has stop working, I've checked for power supply which it has a full 12v, I've also checked for continuity, all ok, I've also swopped over the working mirror and this works, so I know I don't have a wiring issue which I didn't expect, so the mirror, has power, there is no break in the circuit but does don't generate any heat, what's wrong?

Could be a fault on the PCB board itself. If you have the mirror disconnected, measure the resistance between the two junctions. It should read a relative low ohm value. Infinity means a broken connection on the PCB board.
