LED Indicator Relay
I am fitting LED indicator bulbs and I do not wish to modify the wiring at the lamps.
I would therefore like to fit a relay for the indicator so as they don't flash rapidly.
Any suggestions as to where I can get one of these which is not expensive?
Any info gratefully received.

I've just ordered some bulbs and a relay seperately for my Defender from Fleabay. I should be able to fit them over the weekend so will let you know how i get on. Relay was £20 Shocked

LED Indicator Relay
Hi James,
look forward to hearing how you got on.
However, I have the bulbs ready to fit - just looking for a reasonably priced relay to swap the original with.

Thanks, Ken, although his relays are quite expensive.

or

I can also supply both of them... the first one is what I have fitted to my Puma...

I personnally don't think they are expensive... when you consider it's just a plug and play, no hassle solution. I have had trouble in the past with resistors, and now I wouldn't bother using them.

Not got as far as the relay yet as all 4 indicators have the polarity the wrong way round so work with bulbs (which are not polarity fussy) but not LEDs! Not a hugs job to swap 4x pairs of wires round but not got the time today. Had the same issue with the side lights but not with the stop/tail. I think my 90 may have had the wiring tinkered with by the previous owner! Sad

Can the LEDs be 'the wrong way round' then? The only reason I ask is that I've just fitted the 4 indicator LED units, plus an adjustable relay and I get crazy-as-a-madman style flashing and no adjustment on the relay bar the trailer lamp being either on or off.

Vendor suggested earth point, but I'm looking for options that don't involve me going under the car quite yet as it's a little damp out there.
