Hey it's David from sandiway / Cheshire area Smile

I was thinking same lines as you and decided to do it myself, not too bad a job tbh if you get the right stuff.

I reccomend getting the genuine waxoyl pump & chassis injection nozzle (read 'bit of tube with nail in the end') and warming the waxoyled beforehand to aid spraying.

I wore overalls but it can go through so wear scruffy clothes too! And expect your hair to be ruined after too...

Need to do my 110 sometime soon, and luckily I have had some ramps made up which makes it easier!

Also if you haven't seen it already, see the corrosion prevention guide here on the forum: http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic10467.html Cheers, David

Do it yourself! It's the only way to really learn! I've done 6 (?) now, and it's a piece of cake if you know what you're doing! Thumbs Up An engine to TDi for!
