I know a lot of people are running small active subs in their defenders, I have heard the 25cm focal is good. I was looking on eBay for an active sub and stumbled across this eBay Item No. 251332793080 looks like a rebranded focal access 10 inch, I compared it to a focal on eBay and thought it looked the same! what do you guys think? Too good to be true? 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

My attitude is the real deal or not at all. Even second hand can be dubious, after all no one will tell you if something has been abused and you'll never know until it goes wrong. WeWillWinπ¬π§πΊπΈ

Thought it might be the case, having recently fitted 4 rear seats in my 90, a large sub is no longer an option and I don't thing the battery box (although I have now sealed it) would be a good sub enclosure. Therefore I think a slim active sub is the only way forward, just thought I might have stumbled across a bargain

Yes the JL sub does look like a good one, I think I need to get the dimensions, make a box the same size and see where it fits. Door is getting there Jim, I have been working away a lot but I have repaired the frame and re attached the door skin, just need to do the filler work and spray it up. Should be done before Christmas, I'll send some pictures when it's done

Quite expensive but the Kicker Hideaway is worth a look too. Suits the Defender design and powerful. WeWillWinπ¬π§πΊπΈ

I am up near Bath.
![]() Probably more powerful than most of the rest too. If you contact him and mention me you could possibly get a small discount. (Possibility) ![]() No idea why those on Ebay are that stupidly height price, they retail at the £200 mark. WeWillWinπ¬π§πΊπΈ β½οΈπ’οΈβοΈπ§°πͺ |
