Help needed - mantec storage cages
Does anybody have any experience with the storage cages mantec produce.
A forum member has the pre '02 for sale but my vehicle is post. Can anybody confirm that they can be adapted.
It's a long way to drive and a lot of money to me to find they ate useless to my vehicle.

Much appreciated.

If you have a TD5 they will be fine. I have the pre 2002 fitted to my post 2002 TD5 and they fit perfectly. If you have a TDCi they will not fit due to the wheel arch shape.

Just to add that not all TDCI models have the cut out in the wheel arches for the forward facing seats.

Good point Steve Thumbs Up

If the wheel arches are the 'normal' 90 degrees on top then they should fit OK.

They are designed for a 110 but I have them fitted in a 90, they just needed a little trimming at the rear.

Steve G - "just to add" ... confusion? Laughing
My fault, I have have put some detail in. I have a 90 tdci hardtop with no cut outs in the rear.
With this in mind, going by what Bob has mentioned, they should fit?

Thanks for the replies also.

They certainly are Thumbs Up

Have a look below

I had to trim about 10mm off at the back door edge to get them to fit. You will not notice the cut line at all. If you don't have the bulkhead removal bar and lower dog guard then I think they will fit straight in, in fact with the BH removal bar and without the lower part of the dog guard they should be a straight fit.

This gives me confidence. I have pm'd the seller, just need to agree on a price.
I will let you know when (hopefully) they are fitted.

Thanks again both.
