Yes they can, all the parts have individual part numbers so can be ordered seperarely.

If you go to the LR website and select order a brochure you can browse the accessory brochure online. It has part numbers on it.
Failing that a kindly worded request to those on here with access to Microcat! I bought our dixon Bate set up and electrics from the dealer and fitted them at home. Dixon Bate themselves are very helpful over the phone. |

I have a tow bar that was removed from an 08 110 double cab, no electrics but make me an decent offer an its yours. There about £125ish and the electrics are about £50ish if i remember correct.
