I had them in my 90 but with the centre-bulkhead in place you are limited to just how much additonal leg-room is available (they lift the seat-rails over the lip behind the seatbox but the proximity of the bulkhead means you have to have the seat quite upright). In addition, they raised me up just slightly too high to be comfortable with my Climair wind deflectors in place and I was having to duck down to see through them clearly.
Stuck with them for about a year then decided to get rid. ONE LIFE, GET IT! |

Ah I see, height for me is fine but a little extra legroom would have been nice. A double edged sword really. No Guts, No Glory.

Jim - The thought has crossed my mind, begs the question why it's in the way in the first place.
Or indeed why the seat sections aren't lowered to allow more room. No Guts, No Glory. 🇬🇧ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ¥ó ®ó §ó ¿ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ·ó ¬ó ³ó ¿ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó ´ó ¿ðŸ‡®ðŸ‡ªðŸ‡ºðŸ‡¸â›½ï¸ðŸ›¢ï¸âš™ï¸ðŸ§°ðŸ’ª |

IIRC part of the fabrication of the seat box. Just cut out where the runners hit the bar, thats all I did, and put a washer under the seat rails to add to the clearence

I might well do that too! Thanks for the idea, a bit of paint on the cut areas should finish off nicely. No Guts, No Glory.

It's there as a joining flange between the seat box and the rear tub. So it is semi-structural, though cutting two small notches to allow the seat to go back further is unlikely to cause your car to fold in half at the first pothole

Click image to enlarge The above photo shows the areas in question well. In my case though the fact I have some electrical bits fitted behind there it's probably a waste of time anyway. No Guts, No Glory. 🇬🇧ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ¥ó ®ó §ó ¿ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ·ó ¬ó ³ó ¿ðŸ´ó §ó ¢ó ³ó £ó ´ó ¿ðŸ‡®ðŸ‡ªðŸ‡ºðŸ‡¸â›½ï¸ðŸ›¢ï¸âš™ï¸ðŸ§°ðŸ’ª |
