If its the little black thing the jets come out of ... only a £1 or so.
My problem is the fluid in to doesnt freeze, but the snow/spray melts on top and freezes it requiring defrosting first. Although having said that it getting really cold now Mike |

These "unclip" themselves, usually when the washer fluid freezes and expands.
once it's all thawed, place it back on the "stub" thats sticking out of the bulkhead and give it a good thump, it should clip back on.... ....unless the stub itself has broken (i've had that before), in which case you'll need to remove the dash top panel (about 12 screws all told) to (try and) get access to the nut on the back of said stud. |

That explains why it was missing on my old Td5 (should have checked the washers when i bought it!). Will keep in eye on the puma one - it certainly takes a while to defrost, no matter how concentrated you make the screen-wash. But it is right in the line of cold airflow, so at -5 degrees static, the wind-chill must be in minus double figures 1953 80
