Vouchers weren't being given to the right people, or we're ending up on eBay.
Obviously not all dealers, but enough to mess it up for the rest. My Disco 'best bits' Defender 110 XS CSW 2013 |

Why would I want to pay for that? (except for the travel cost). I first paid a pretty full Swiss price for the privilege of owning a SVX, and have been a well above average main dealer LR customer ever since. Many moons ago, when I was still living in Belgium and still driving Volvos, my then dealer had the decency of inviting me to visit the Volvo assembly plant in Gent, Belgium. Very well organized, including transport to and back, including lunch, and a nice 2 hours tour of the entire assembly line. That is what I call cutomer service, don't think LR dealers care about that too much now. Last thing I would do out of principle is pay £45 or more myself for their attempt at customer bonding..... Short sighted I think they are. Eric You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation. http://youtu.be/yVRlSsJwD0o https://youtu.be/vmPr3oTHndg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GtzTT9Pdl0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ABqKPz28e6A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLZ49Jce_n0 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvAsz_ilQYU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8tMHiX9lSw https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dxwjPuHIV7I https://vimeo.com/201482507 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSixqL0iyHw |

Yep, mine does (09 XS SW). It's pretty common. There's quite a few threads here on it -- one popped up recently named "Leak!" if I recall right that had links to old and new water ingress service manuals.
Unless it's under warranty, in which case it's something the dealer can look at. Mind you, mine just replaced the door seals, and clearly the original dealer had a bash at sealing various bits ... somewhat unsuccessfully EDIT: belatedly realising yours is brand new ... dealer, I reckon, although take a look over the leak-related threads you can find. I had to chase the sales team in Aberdeen, not sure it was down to that but my invite arrived shortly after. Probably about 4 weeks after collecting the defender. I do appear to have some water in my left front footwell but could be off the dog, wellies or might be a leak. Rubber mats are doing the same job as a bucket!
