i think I'm correct in saying that locking it using the key, deactivates the internal sensors, but leaves the perimeter sensors active. Must be opened using the fob to deactivate the alarm. If that's of any benefit? 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone

I thought you couldn't do that? The manual says that if you lock with the key, you unlock with the key, if you lock with the FOB then you unlock with the FOB. Locking with one and opening with the other sets off the alam and you'd have to do the cryptic ceremonies of entering the EKA, if memory serves.
Disabling the immobilizer shouldn't affect the central locking. I'm not sure if you can really disable the alarm though. So am I correct in understanding that the OP's purpose is just to have remote central locking and no alarm and immobilizer? |

Yes that is what I want. I have disabled this with my Nanocom. In the manual it is described and the central locking should work.....

I lock mine manually when the dog is inside and always open with the fob. Never had any problems.
