Anyone else fed up with snow yet, i've spent the whole holidays recovering pillocks , running people around, towing people up hills, seen enough now. Towed the brother in law from pickering to Whitby acroos the moors in a white out confused the hell out of the police manning the road closed barriers when he went through in a jap sports car, got up the next morning witha hangover and had to tow him back again. At least 10 BMW's abandoned on the moor road. Drove up to Aberdeen today snow all the way especially round the borders now snowing again Original Member Pie n Pea Club.

Well Hello my Northern Brethren!
No snow darn sarf either. Praying for it though, believe it's white in consistency, cold to the touch and fun to drive in as long as you don't posess a Beemer! Also it makes your garden look as good as everybody elses! Bring it on! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

How can you possibly be fed up with it?
For 360 days of the year we compromise on speed and comfort and are made to feel guilty about having a 4x4. However, for 5 days a year I feel properly smug One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS + New Defender 110 First Edition |

Being a southerner myself it did take me a while to figure out what the strange whitestuff was! Did hear it was gridlock in Bristol due to the amount of people with their noses to the ground trying to get a free fix!
To all Bristolians that was a joke by the way! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Makes a nice change to hear the news reporters saying

In the pub the other night and overheard one chap saying that he'd been pulled out of a drift by a Land Rover the day before and he'd never be able to say anything nasty about 4x4s or their drivers again One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS
