Transfer lever adjustment
Hi all,
I'm currently in the process off fitting an X-Eng gear stick lock to my R380 (and getting very frustrated in the process!). I need to adjust the transfer lever so that it fits, as detailed in the instructions.

Has anybody got any tips on how to do this? The instructions supplied are ridiculous for this task Rolling Eyes

Thanks in advance.

How does it need adjusting? The most time consuming part will be removing the transmission tunnel, once that is out you will have a much better view of what needs to be loosened to adjust the lever.

Front to back - the splined wheel with an 8mm clamp bolt. Slacken off and shift one spline at a time.

Left to Right - A little more fiddly as it can only be done by the difflock lever pivot that screws in to the side of the transfer box.

Whilst you are in there break out the grease and give the whole lot a good clean and lube... Have fun Smile
