CPCS a61 AP is a higher qualification than banksman. also higher than slinger signaller. they can be the same person, one man doing all the jobs. they all have there parts to play.

Im guessing contract lift here and the manager from the store not allowing the drive through lane to but shut so instead of stopping the lift the wally continued with first setting the crane out properly.
