You could consider one of these
Click image to enlarge I have seen quite a lot of security devices on the market, seen this one on the web, http://www.shirefabrications.com/ |

i use a pedal lock - Cant do nothing if you havent got pedals
I bought mine from ShireFabrications Would definitely recommend them being a small family business, and im constantly using mine just to give me that extra piece of mind when leaving it somewhere |

I vote for the disclock, I've used one of these since I got my Defender a few months ago, it's great, easy to put on/take off and it's visible so may deter entry in the first place. I considered a pedal lock box but didn't fancy scrabbling around in the dirt in the footwell and at night??
Or, like schuee suggests, only doesn't need feeding : Click image to enlarge 2010 Defender 110 Station Wagon, Santorini Black. |

Hi Chris, Just noticed your seat covers in your pic, are they LR or after market ones? Cheers Keith |

Hi Keith,
Seat covers are genuine Land Rover, luckily for me they were on the Defender when I bought her, they were fitted from new. Glad I didn't have to buy them - they cost a fortune !! (Appologies for hijacking your thread carrotbay) Chris 2010 Defender 110 Station Wagon, Santorini Black. |

I bought the Clutch Claw for my 110, I'm very happy with it and its really solid but its hard to judge these devices really without having someone try and steal my landy. All I can say is so far my vehicle hasnt been nicked! Michael was just telling me a story about a friend of his who slept with a land rover, lonely nights in the desert..

In a selfsih way there are ~3 land rovers parked on the road near me. Then mine, parked behind some gates and with a bit more than your average security.
Like running away from a Lion. You don't have to be the fastest, just make sure you're not the slowest. |

Hi .. Thanks for all the advice. Clutch claw ordered and will have a look at a disclock and skytag. This one hopefully won't be going anywhere!
