Land Rover company stretching out refund process
I purchased a dining shelter from a well known large named Land Rover company, once up the shelter leaked and after speeking to the owner at the billing show he said test it when you get home if not send it back and ill refund it. Tested it and it still leaked Rolling Eyes after phone call after phone call the right person was never there or always in a meeting Rolling Eyes seeing as its family run and theres only 3 of them on the phone you would think communication would be good. So anyways instead of sending the shelter back i gave them it at the lro show. Still no response and every time i phone there in a meeting Rolling Eyes

What to do next? if anyone can shed some light. I asked for a replacement but there was no stock so i said i will have a refund then. Its a bit of a joke as i am just being led on Evil or Very Mad Im upto the point were they said they have contacted the manufacture who is abroad this has now been two weeks past Whistle CSK Automotive
