+1 for them.

Had the 300Tdi kit on a Disco and kept very well.

Well, that is becoming a real problem then. No way to still order something directly from Entreq and pay without having prior confirmation from them that the goods are available and that they will be shipped quickly after paying.
Now I would be happy to order it from one of our site sponsor resellers, but first have to hear if any of them have this item in stock or not. No good to order it from a site sponsor if no stock, as they probably will have the same issue of slow or no feedback from Entreq.
It is all very strange, because Entreq website may be far from perfectly organized (sometimes depicting the wrong item or wrong description), but at least the website gets the occasional update, so seems they are still in business.

So I just went ahead and ordered the below directly at Entreq webshop. Their general sales terms are that buyer agrees to pay by wire transfer to their bank account within 3 days from making a purchase.
Which I just will not do for now... But when I received Entreq's e-mail order confirmation I have reacted to their e-mail clearly asking them to confirm that the item is available, and would be sent quickly after they receive my payment. And that as soon as I receive such confirmation by e-mail from them, payment will be effected the very same day.
Given all their lack of communication to earlier e-mail and PM requests, thought to resort to making this purchase which in their system will show up as unpaid.....
Waiting now....
Eric

Good luck Eric, I hope based on previous communication issues you've made the right choice? As with anything Entreq they will be top quality.

Little update after I ordered these SS intercooler pipes on Feb 8 on Entreq website.....
As said, I did not plan to pay until I would get a sign of life from Olaf, so when the order confirmation e-mail arrived, I responded by an e-mail asking them if this item would be available for shipment, and that if they would confirm, I would pay immediately. Never received an answer at all.
I also sent a letter by regular mail to Entreq's office address explaining them my interest and asking the same questions. Until today,..... only silencium triplex.
I like Entreq gear, and years ago prior to being familiar with this forum, I have ordered several items direct from them, and always received them quickly, and even got a few e-mails from Olaf. Would not do this anymore now, as the risk of paying and then not receiving anything regretfully seems too high.
Last year I still ordered their front mudflap extension via Brendan who is just the opposite approach of Entreq today.
Brendan knows that I would like this Entreq Puma 2.4 Airflow Kit, so kudos if he will be able to get a pair of these out of Entreq one way or the other.
Eric

Oh, by the way, I also sent a PM on 29 December to Olaf (Red Desert) with exactly these same questions. My PM is still sitting in my Outbox Shocked
And in the whole process, I have also called Entreq at various times of the day, maybe 20 or 30 times over several weeks, but nobody ever answers there.. Rolling Eyes You never actually own a Defender. You merely look after it for the next generation.

I´ve ordered some bits and pieces from Entreq and transferred money.

No response at all despite sending follow-up mails and I´m pretty pi**ed

Maybe we should organize a DoS attack towards their website? 2009 Land Rover Defender 90 SVX Soft top 60th Anniversary Edition

I've had the Puma 2.4 Stainless Hardpipe kits on stock for about two years now (as supplied to K9F). They can be a real pig to fit, which is an attribute I am not comfortable with, even though once on, they'll never have to be removed/replaced.

If there is a genuine demand for these stainless pipes, supplied with genuine Samco Sport hoses and Clips, then I'll offer these to forum members.

I only have the ends in Samco XDB right now, which because of the moulded collar, are almost impossible to fit!

I'd best get some black Samco hoses ordered then!

What'd be the difference in price between say the Samco's and Genuine?
One would assume the Samco's would be more but I'm guessing that might not be the case or little in it? Chillin In The Backwoods🇬🇧🇺🇸
