What is this part?

I'm looking at a Defender 90 and the current owner showed me an invoice that included the following items. Can anyone shed any light on what is included / within?

- 'Download performance upgrade'
- Part no 'ZTCL', description 'TC Licence ECU Tune', price £625+VAT in 2007.

The car's had the EGR bypass fitted, but no intercooler upgrade as far as I can see. This was done by a main dealer, obviously I'm going to phone them to find out what the part / upgrade means but I figure I'd ask here first.[/code]

Right big disclaimer here, I'm guessing and have no knowledge of this.

Download performance upgrade = ReMap
Part no 'ZTCL' =
Z = 'no idea'
T = 'Tune or Turbo'
C = 'Chip'
L = 'Licence'
TC Licence ECU Tune = Remap done under licence, ie somebody else's remaps that the garage puts on the ECU or as the remap is software it's sold under a licence and has conditions (can't be copied, resold, distributed etc.)

Could be way off the mark though
