Scrap that think it's wrong. Now I'm confused as to how mine were fitted.
Will have a look tomorrow if you like? I think they are bolted on with a bracket to the front outriggers somewhere. KEEP CALM AND Drill ON 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🇮🇪🇺🇸⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 Last edited by custom90 on 24th Aug 2013 9:14pm. Edited 1 time in total |

The original ones are fitted with rivnuts to the underside of the outrigger. Don't bother with them as the Glyn Lewis Mudflap Extensions are far better and easier to fit. Plus they stop all the cr.p being thrown up the side of the front doors. Got mine from MPS and they are

Here is an alternative. Think pictures are clear as to position of them.

got my Glyn Lewis ones off ebay and fitted them along with the standard mud flaps as well. Having just tested them in some mud in Scotland I can confirm almost zero mud got up against the foot wells and front bulk head out rigger or around the front floor areas, I wish I could say the same at the rear wheel boxs. This is a great mod, we just need one of our sponsors to come up with a rear wheel arch protector/liner as well DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS, I hope everyone is well and your land rovers make you happy |

Just tried fitting them, and they seem to foul on my tubular side steps? Am I doing something wrong? An engine to TDi for!

Original LR side steps? Those with the same type of alu/rubber anti-slip top as on the first picture of my Entreq installation? Then it would be strange if they would foul, as just glanced thru a couple of Land magazines, and I see numerous 90s in there with that type of side steps and front mud flaps as well. Are you talking not possible to fit at all or just slightly out? Mine are really tight against the tubing almost bent against it in fact. KEEP CALM AND Drill ON 🇬🇧🏴🏴🏴🇮🇪🇺🇸⛽️🛢️⚙️🧰💪 |

Eric- Yep, same type of steps!
Steve- were talking like nearly an inch over, and that's at the very front of the outrigger. An engine to TDi for! "Land Rover- Proudly turning drivers into mechanics since 1948" |
