front interior light and how to keep the door open

Hello

2 little niggles I've encountered.

My interior light does not come on when I open the drivers door, if I wiggle the plunger under the front door hinge it works. What part number is a new one of these.

Also the front drivers door, does not 'click' or stay open as the others so unless parked on the flat it can be annoying climbing in and the door shutting as you do so,

How do I fix this? (apart from park on an angle)
