Seal fits to the flap, not the bulkhead, understand that after market ones are not as good as main dealer parts.

I was just going to araldite or superglue the ring back on to the flap ? I guess the flap is easy to remove ?

Open the flap then from outside the vehicle underneath the flap there are two ten mil nuts to undo, then lift up (I'd leave the top hinge bolt in place if your just re-glueing

the two bolts attach the vent opening lever inside the vehicle so don't lose them
